A full month deposit, registration fee and Agreement form signed, is due upon enrollment. A space for your child cannot be reserved without these fees and form.

*Upon a 60 day written notice, prior to the first day of a month, the deposit can be refunded. (NO EXCEPTIONS!) The registration fees are non-refundable; We require 30  days notice for any changes to a child’s schedule.

*We offer a 10% Family discount to children  enrolled in our full time (5 full day) programs .

*Tuition Payments are due on the first of the month. 

*Returned check fee: $25.00-Once a check is returned All Saints will no longer accept any personal checks.  Tuition payments must then be paid by certified check, money order or Credit Card.

Extra charges for Part time schedules:

 Extended hours for half day programs (12:00-6:00) (upon availability)  $50.00 per day

Extended hours for half day progreams (4:00-6:00) (upon availability) $25.00 per  day

Extra day for 2, 3 and 4 day enrollment (upon availability) $75.00 per day

Late Fees:

If you are not enrolled in the Extended Care Program your late fees will be $1 per minute from 6:01pm to 6:30pm $5 per minute thereafter, per child.  These fees are billed monthly.

Late fees for Extended Care Children after the hour of 6:30pm will be $5 per minute, per child.

Switching Days is not permitted:  even if a holiday, snow day falls on the day that your child is scheduled to attend.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

Parents interested in our program are required to visit us prior to enrollment and familiarize themselves with NJ’s Manual of Requirements for Child Care Centers, as well as our Discipline Policy.  Parents must fill out an application form, family history form, permission slips and emergency information.  A medical form must be filled out by your pediatrician with an immunization record  prior to school entrance.

A Registration fee, one month’s security deposit and the first’s month tuition are due upon enrollment.

FUNDING

The programs are financed completely by your tuition.  A limited amount of scholarship assistance is available to families who need financial aid.  The Leonia Community Chest has allocated a generous contribution to our Scholarship Fund for a number of years.
