  • In consideration of All Saints Child Care Center enrolling my child/children (below) in the (below) Class commencing September 6, 2016, we will provide the following information:

  • • Registration fee: $195.00 (for new students only and all fall enrollments) • *Security Deposit, equal to one month’s tuition (for new students only) • Monthly Tuition – Due on the first day of each month I/we understand that All Saints Child Care Center operates on a budget for a full school year commencing in September. Programs are developed for the entire school year predicted upon the September enrollment. If children leave during the school year, teachers must still be paid and programs continued as if they were still enrolled. Therefore, we understand that registration fees, deposit and tuition payments are not refundable if a child withdraws during the school year except under the following circumstances. 1. Registration and activity fees are not refundable under any circumstances. 2. Deposits will be refunded only if the center receives a 60-day written notice prior to the first day of the month of withdrawal. (Even for the summer registration). 3. Tuition is payable on the first day of each month.
  • I/we have read, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions (please sign below): 1. Tuition is due and payable on the first day of each month in advance. There is a $20.00 late charge for each week (7 day period) tuition is late. 2. If tuition is one month late, you will be asked to withdraw your child from the Center unless you have made special arrangements with the director. 3. There are no deductions in tuition for any absences, illness or vacation. 4. All Saints Child Care Center reserves the right to require the withdrawal of a child at any time without prior notice to the parent. 5. Late pick-up charges are payable monthly: For children enrolled in the 9-12:00 or 9-4:00 programs, the fee is $1.00 per minute after 12:00 or after 4:00. For full time programs the fee is $1 per minute from 6:01-6:30pm without the Extended Care option. After 6:30pm, the fee is $5.00 per minute for all children. 6. There is a returned check fee of $25.00. 7. Once a check has been returned, All Saints will no longer accept any personal checks. Tuition payments must then be paid by certified check, money order or by Credit card. 8. Switching days is not permitted for Part time schedules. You must stay consistent to the days that you chose when registering your child. 9. Any child that exhibits behavior that poses a danger or is chronically abusive to any student or staff member is liable for expulsion with a 2 week notice. Potentially dangerous behavior by a child will result in immediate expulsion. 10. Any requests to change a child’ s schedule must be in writing and accepted by All Saints , 30-days before the requested change. *Security Deposits may be used for the last month’s tuition but do not constitute the first month’s tuition payment.
