Welcome
All Saints is here to show you that your life can make a difference. We’ll help as you discover your most deeply cherished hopes for yourself, your family, your community and the world.
The way to begin is to worship on Sunday at 10:00 a.m. and stay for the coffee hour. Arrive early; sit in a pew, look for a red book with the title, The Book of Common Prayer. Open it to pages 304-305 (“The Baptismal Covenant”). What Episcopalians believe is on these two pages. Next, skim pages 535-551; this what the Church expects of its priests. Then, turn to page 355 (“The Holy Eucharist: Rite Two”). When the service begins, you’ll experience the beauty and depth of our worship.
All Saints welcomes you at any stage in your spiritual journey. You’ll find worshipers here from 13 towns and ten nations. Some arrive with mature faith and some arrive uncertain of why they are here.
Here are some typical circumstances: You may have had a long absence from a worshiping community or may have never been in one. You may be mourning the end of a relationship. You may be dealing with the pain and anxiety of your own illness, or that of a loved one. You may be experiencing unendurable grief over the death of a loved one. In hard times you are called into God’s presence. Or you may have enjoyed a tender relation with God, but in hard times God is hidden. The church is the place for you when you need comfort or renewal. All Saints will help you claim your identity as a much-loved child of God.
All Saints is reverent but not stuffy. We’re known for giving good parties and as a place to make good friends. We’re known as a community that gives of itself to others in spiritual and material need.
So come soon. See All Saints as it is: a community in which you can love and be loved by God, and where you can ask your deepest questions and discover your deepest hopes.
